Job Description Eurail Internship strategy Team:
As intern, you will work along an international and dynamic team. Within our Strategy department we run various research projects and we are developing new ways to make research relevant for our company. We will give you the opportunity to help us develop new activities to engage colleagues with research. Examples of tasks you might be assigned are to conduct research or analyse internal reports and synthesise relevant findings in presentations, infographics or other analytical tools; develop toolkits to support colleagues using research in their daily work; regularly update Eurail intranet to share information relevant to different user groups; organise interactive sessions (e.g. workshops) to disseminate research findings in an engaging way. You will be given the opportunity to practice your communication skills and get experience working in a professional, international environment. A bachelor degree, preferably with business orientation (communication or international business focus).
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
Previous work or internship experience.
Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
Task oriented, reflective & self-starter attitude.
Flexible and adaptable
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Additional qualification in communication, data-driven storytelling, analytics storytelling.
Creativity and self-initiative.
Experience with SPSS and Dashboards would be an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
Fluency in language other than English is of advantage.
Valuable work experience in a fun, international environment.
Full-time (minimum of 32 hours a week) internship for at least 5 months based in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
