Job description and Role

As a Finance Assistant, you are experienced with Exact both in the Procurement to Pay process and the general ledger. You will achieve these goals through the following activities:

  • Coding of invoices;

  • Monitoring the workflow for approving invoices;

  • Paying of invoices;

  • Processing of bank and credit card transactions;

  • Reconciling current accounts with group;

  • Monthly close with a complete and up to date general ledger

  • Making an active contribution to improving the administrative organization;

Within, the Financial team consists of five people. We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join this team. As a Finance Assistant, you will support the daily administrative processes of

You are the finance assistant we are looking for if you have the following characteristics

  • A completed administrative MBO/HBO education;

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience;

  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel;

  • Knowledge of Exact Globe Next;

  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, spoken and written.

  • Competencies: Accurate, Reliable, Result orientation

  • Previous experience of working in an international environment is preferred.

  • You feel at home in an online environment, working with young colleagues at both a professional and an informal level.

  • You love travelling.
