Job description and Role
As an intern for our Information Technology department, you will have a variety of assignments, with mentors to support you in your work. Your primary tasks throughout your internship will include technical assistance and support for laptop, monitors, other hardware and software and general technical support to Eurail employees in an efficient and accurate manner.

You are the inter we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:
- Experience of user management;
- Computer imaging
- Active Directory administration
- Available for at least 24 hours/week for 5-6 months
- You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English;
- You feel at home in an online environment, working in a multi-cultural environment;

- Microsoft Windows 10
