2) Screening
The recruitment team, together with the hiring team, will review your application. We try our best to come back to you within 2 weeks.
3) first interview
If you have been shortlisted, you will be invited for an interview. For the 1st round, you are interviewed by 2 of your potential future colleagues. Should you not be located in the Netherlands, we can arrange a video conference.
4) second interview
If the team thinks you are a good match, you will be invited for a 2nd interview. You will then meet the head of your department (your future manager), and HR. If you are travelling from abroad to visit us, we will reimburse up to € 100 of your travel costs.
5) assessment
Depending on the 2nd round and other candidates, we may ask you to make a short assessment. This can be a 30 minutes presentation, assignment, etc.
6) job offer
If your 2nd interview and/or assessment are positive, we will make you a job offer and start your onboarding!
