Eurail and Interrail Passes, available to non-European and European residents respectively, are synonymous with flexible rail travel throughout Europe, connecting both countries and passengers alike. Over half a million people of all ages use Eurail and Interrail Passes each year to experience the freedom of borderless travel and discover Europe via more than 250,000 km of interconnected railways.
While Interrail was established in 1972 for European residents, and Eurail in 1959 for non-European residents, it was more recently in 2001 that the Eurail.com sales channel was developed. With a HQ based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, a dedicated team at Eurail continuously works to improve pass products and offers a truly life-changing journey throughout Europe.
Job description and Role
In this role, you will lead the recruitment process at Eurail for all new talents- from experienced specialists to intern placements. Together with the HR team you bring the department to the next stage of maturity by building on the current processes and external relationships. You will help us achieve our company purpose, by offering a memorable service to candidates, and bringing in new talent to the organisation who fit with our way or working and have the experience to help us achieve our revenue and NPS targets.
You will achieve these goals through the following activities:
Management of the full recruitment process ensuring a great candidate experience and GDPR Compliance
Support teams with the creation of role profiles for new/ replacement vacancies
Conduct pro-active candidate searches, through Linkedin and other means
Where necessary, build relations with external recruitment agencies and universities, attending relevant events in order to attract the right talent.
Time to hire and cost to hire within defined KPI, with 100% of new starters successfully completing probation
Negotiate fair, reasonable and professional offers to candidates
Work with the social media teams to improve the employer brand and visibility on LinkedIn and glassdoor
Conduct a review of all recruitment tools and processes

You are the Recruitment Specialist we are looking for if you have the following characteristics
A relevant Bachelor degree.
Minimum of 4 years experience + relevant work experience;
Experience of using a recruitment system to support the recruitment process
Knowledge of GDPR
You have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English;
Previous experience of working in an international environment is preferred;
With your positive energy, ideas and output, you know how to engage candidates and achieve results;
You feel at home in an online environment, working in a multi-cultural environment
You are passionate about travel.
