Global Online Traffic Manager

Job description and role

As the Global Online Traffic Manager, you will – with your passion – bring customers to our websites. Your role is to drive growth by optimising the online acquisition structure (affiliate, SEA, display, remarketing). You will achieve these goals through the following activities:

  • Ensure that website traffic and conversion is maximised through search marketing, affiliate partnerships and search retargeting.

  • Manage and develop agency relationships to support implementation and optimise paid initiatives.

  • Lead performance marketing initiatives, including acquisition and retention campaigns, across key digital marketing channels.

  • Define, pilot and implement opportunities for the optimisation of online performance marketing channels.

  • Liaise with the Marketing department to discuss joint efforts in online traffic.

  • Be the budget owner of online traffic.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis to target and evaluate campaigns (i.e. forecasting, attribution modelling, ROI) and provide weekly updates.

  • Track and evaluate KPIs of all marketing channels (email, SEM, SEO, display, retargeting, shopping engines, affiliates, referring partners, social, etc.) by country

  • Determine necessary adjustments in marketing channels to optimise overall marketing effectiveness, in line with the budgeted marketing spend.

  • Stay abreast of competitive programs and industry best practices, and identify new growth marketing channels and partners.

You are the Global Online Traffic Manager we are looking for if you have the following characteristics:

  • 4 years+ experience in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and scope opportunities.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic and interdependent environment.

  • Highly organised and self-motivated.

  • Entrepreneurial and fearless.

  • Deep expertise and experience in increasing sales revenue through SEA, remarketing and affiliate marketing.

  • Proven track record in achieving increased sales by optimising the acquisition mix.

  • Proven digital analytics experience.

  • Data visualisation & dashboard skills.

  • Positive energy, ideas and output.

  • Accustomed to getting results with your drive and focus.

  • Previous experience of working in an international environment.

  • Comfortable in an online environment, working with young colleagues at both a professional and an informal level.

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
