Customer Service Agents German

Job description offers pre and after sales customer service to customers who travel across Europe. We are looking for people who enjoy answering our customers’ questions and helping them make their European train journey go as smoothly as possible. Are you proactive, enthusiastic and do you know your languages? Then we are looking for you!

Who are we looking for? is looking for Customer Service Agents to work part-time from home, answering questions from our customers through email, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp. You will be part of a team of 30 to 40 agents, who together speak 10 different languages and come from 13 different countries.

What do we ask from you?

For this position we ask your availability for a minimum of 7 hours in low season and a minimum of 25 hours in high season. Above those minimum hours, you can work as much as you want (as long as there is work available), up to 40 hours per week. We ask your availability for at least one day in the weekend. Further requirements for this position are:

  • You have excellent writing skills in English and German;

  • You have an EU passport or a permit to work in the Netherlands, plus a BSN and IBAN;

  • You have a good understanding of social media;

  • You have a good understanding of European geography;

  • You have affinity and experience with traveling;

  • You have a computer and internet connection.
