Job Description

We are looking for a talented Affiliate Marketer to take the lead with our Affiliate marketing, link building & bloggers strategies. Your main duties include setting up the affiliate marketing strategy and plan, running affiliate campaigns end-to-end, and manage the relationship with affiliate partners, bloggers and link-building parties.

If you’re interested in web technologies and can generate innovative ideas to increase sales by research new affiliate and bloggers opportunities, we would like to meet you. As an Affiliate marketer, your role is to reach prospects, generate leads and improve SEO through affiliate campaigns and collaboration with selected bloggers and link building parties.

As Affiliate marketer for this vacancy you report in to Head of Marketing, and work closely with the marketing managers to target efforts towards focus countries and segments.


  • Develop and execute the affiliate marketing, bloggers, link building plan

  • Manage and grow relationships with the affiliate partners

  • Grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity

  • Research and source new affiliate opportunities and partners

  • Deliver progress, commission and activity reports for affiliate partners

  • Initiate new campaign ideas and incentives for the affiliate scheme

  • Manage the affiliate and partnership budget

  • Collaborate with a creative agency to create affiliate marketing material

  • Deploy and optimise campaigns through the affiliate marketing channel

  • Forecast ROI and activity for all affiliate partners – both new and existing

  • Ensure Sales targets are met through affiliate channels and partnerships


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • An in-depth knowledge of the international affiliates markets

  • A minimum of three years of experience in an affiliates role

  • Strong partnership management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Effective sales and negotiation skills

  • Effective reporting and presentation skills

  • Highly numerate

  • A good understanding of tracking technology

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Fluent in English (an additional language would be a bonus)
